New Illusions for Transmog This Legion build added Illusions players can collect to give their weapons special glows. While there are some fan-favorite enchants, there are also some brand new enchants we haven t seen before: Illusion: Nightmare. Illusion: Chronos. Light of the Earth-Warder from Tome of Illusions: Cataclysm. Breath of Yu lon from Tome of Illusions: Pandaria. Netherflame from Tome of Illusions: Outland. and Fel-Infused Weapon. Fel-Touched Armor Sets Ensembles are a new type of item added in recent builds that rewards a series of appearances: you can view a full list here. Most of them cover PvP appearances but there are versions of Ensemble: Chain of the Scarlet Crusade for mail and plate as well. Updated Legendaries and Flavor Text Legendaries in Legion will be world-drops, with powerful effects for your spec similar to the legendaries in Diablo. This recent build updated the flavor text and names for many legendaries, so we ve decided to highlight them Also of note: while it s been previously stated that at the start of Legion, you can only equip one legendary, we ve noticed that legendary item tooltips now say Unique-Equipped: Legion Legendary Items (5). So it s likely that over the course of the expansion, you ll gradually be able to equip more legendaries up to a maximum of five. During the first invasion of Azeroth, legion commander Tak theritrix was key in peeling apart the early night elf defense. Seal of Necrofantasia. Whispers suggest that this seal was forged by the Nathrezim before the Third War, and given to one of the scourge s most powerful lieutenants. It s still imbued with the power of undeath and slow rot. What s the point to try to get people to not have to have multiple gear sets only to throw in legendaries that pretty much require multiple gear sets Does Blizzard want us to save bag space or do they want us to keep complaining we only have 2 slots free due to all the items we have to carry What s also curious is that some legendaries are for the main set pieces which are also for tier. So will people be forced to choose between 4-pc and legendaries Seems Blizzard intends to do that. What are you talking about You CANNOT involve ANY legendaries in transmog in ANY way. it has ALWAYS been like that. I have no idea where people are getting the notion that you can change the look of your legendaries. Maybe you just got confused because that s the system for the ARTIFACTS not the legendaries. Yeaaaah, how do you think I knew what I was talking about Legendary weapons/cloaks (rings don t count, since you can t mog them anyway) have NEVER been transmoggable, or usable as transmogs. I have most of them (collected well after the fact, I will admit, or through means in the case of the cloak and the ring, but still), so I have some grasp of how they work. So it s likely that over the course of the expansion, you ll gradually be able to equip more legendaries up to a maximum of five. From that it would seem that we ll be restricted to equipping 1 legendary at the start of Legion, increasing to a maximum of 5 as we progress through the expansion. If so then maybe the number of equipped legendaries will be increased with each patch So first patch will increase it to 2 equipped legendaries, second patch it ll be 3 equipped legendaries, and so on. shrug As with everything about Legion for now, nothing is set or finalised, everything and anything could change With my luck the only legendaries I ll ever find in Legion will be ones for other classes. I hope they are like 1 drop rate so we don t have everyone running around with these enchants.
